• Data Mining/Scraping: Using any automated means to access, collect, or scrape data from the Services without our express written permission.
• Circumventing Security Measures: Attempting to circumvent or disable any security measures or access controls implemented by Turtle AI.
• Commercial Exploitation: Reselling or commercially exploiting the Services without our express written permission.
• Generating Misinformation: Creating visualization with the intent to spread malicious information.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of creating, uploading, or transmitting it. By creating User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Turtle AI to use your User Content as described in these Terms.
• Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed by content available on or through the Services, please notify us at support@turtleai.com and provide the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Services.
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner’s agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this Policy and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

• Removing or disabling access to User Content that violates this Policy.
• Suspending or terminating your access to the Services.
• Reporting suspected illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

We are not responsible for the conduct of our users or for any User Content created, uploaded, or transmitted through the Services. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any User Content.
